Ordering
* Our shopping cart is fully secure. Please refer to our Privacy Statment for information.
* Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment.
* We accept checks and money orders for all orders. Funds must be received by DailyCut.com prior to shipment.
* We are currently not shipping COD.
* Sales tax will be collected when we ship to addresses only in California.

Changing an Order
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change, please e-mail dailycut@DailyCut.com or call (877) 237-2292 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accomodate your changes.

Payment Options
* We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and money orders.
* All checks and money orders must be payable in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank and received by DailyCut.com prior to shipment.
* California destination orders will include a 7.25% sales tax. This amount will be added to the total.

Returns and Refunds
We proudly stand behind all of our products. If, after following our re-hydrating instructions, your flowers fail to last close to the approximate vase life we will offer a store credit or full refund. At DailyCut.com, we are not happy unless you are completely satisfied with your order.
1. Please contact us via e-mail at dailycut@DailyCut.com or call us at (877) 237-2292.
2. Please describe the problem you are having with your flowers.
3. We will e-mail you with details of your refund or store credit within 1 week.

Damaged Item
Great care goes into the packing of your flowers. We at DailyCut.com understand the benefits to a securely packed box. We strive for zero damage. We also examine each flower bunch for damage prior to packing. Ocassionally some damage may occur in shipping. We have discovered this to be less than 1% of orders shipped.
Should your flowers arrive damaged please contact us at dailycut@DailyCut.com within five (5) days of reciept of product.

Shipping Turnaround
* All orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the same day and arrive the next day.
* Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the next day and arrive the following day.
* You may specifiy a different arrival day within the product options area.

Multiple Ship-To Addresses
If you wish to ship flowers to multiple addresses on one checkout cycle, you may. Each item can have a different destination and custom notes.
* We will ship anywhere in the continential United States.
* We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Shipping Couriers
* We will ship FedEx Express for next day delivery.

Our flowers are available to the public at the following Grocery Stores in Texas:
WholeFoods (Dallas Metroplex), Market Street, United Supermarkets and select Brookshire's.

DailyCut.com goes through great measures to ensure the safety of all shipments. From harvest to ship we have check points to ensure you receive high quality flowers.
All flowers are guaranteed to be fresh and of a high quality. If for any reason after following our re-hydrating instructions, your flowers do not perform as expected, please accept a replacement bunch, store credit or a refund. It is our experience that even with delays of several days most flowers should have no problem.
We do reserve the right to make product substitutions due to quality or availability, as this an agricultural product and we are always under the thumb of Mother Nature.
